Addition of a Dormer, Dundee

Work Completed: Summer 2021

The clients wished to build a simple dormer in their bedroom to the rear of the dwelling, identical to the existing dormer to the front of the house, in order to accommodate a small shower room. A permitted development, the building warrant was granted in autumn 2020. A second proposal design sketch was also commissioned for a secure front porch area that remained outside of the building envelop that could mask storage space.
